PRODUCTION PROCESS

Designation	Prepare the Simulaneous Activities from all angles systematically in order to enhance the efficiency for the production as well as the quality towards the reduction of production cost and the timeline for delivering the products to the customers.
Die making	Reduce the time-consuming with the utilization of CAD/CAM system together with the know-how to manufacture the Dies with NC machining.
Sample	Forming the sample by manufacturing in the actual situation (Off tools process). In case that the Customer requires modification in dimensions or specifications, we will implement the same until the final approval is granted.
Production	Manufacture under a strict quality control and operation conducted by the well-trained and specialized operator.
Quality Inspection	Upon the completion of the production process, all products shall be inspected by the Quality Control section.
Delivery	Delivery system which is responsive to the customers' demand.
